# 费曼学习法

费曼学习法的四个步骤：

1. 选择我要学习的主题或概念。
2. 设想一下，我要把这个主题或者概念讲给一个外行人听，他对这方面知之甚少甚至没有任何知识储备。用一种清楚的、一步一步的方式写出我的解释。
3. 回顾我的解释，找出我在理解和使用复杂语言方面的知识差距。回到原始材料，研究这些部分，直到我能够用简单的术语解释它们。
4. 通过尝试向其他人解释这个主题来测试我的理解水平，例如朋友或家人。征求反馈，并相应地修改解释。
